Refund policy

30-day returns. No hassle.

If it doesn't fit or it isn't what you expected, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible: the item needs to be unworn, with tags still attached, in its original packaging. Try it on, move around in it, sit on your bike — just don't ride in it for a week and then send it back.

To start a return: email jay@frickinleather.com. I'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting me — items sent without a return request can't be accepted.

Wrong item, or damaged in transit? Email me immediately and I'll make it right. That one's on me, not you.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different size is to return what you have and place a new order. Sizes move, and I'd rather you get the one you want before it's gone.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of me receiving the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
